Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs & Duties
For orders shipped within the EU, no additional customs or import fees apply. For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
We want you to love your artisanal decorations, concrete and resin pieces, candles, smudging holders, and posture correctors. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
Handcrafted items (vases, sculptures, candles) must be returned in the same condition as received
Posture correctors must be unworn and in original packaging with all tags attached
Candles and smudging holders must be unused and unlit
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Custom or personalized orders
Final sale or discounted items (unless damaged or defective)
Intimate or hygiene-sensitive items with broken seals
Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return

Wait for return authorization and instructions
Pack items securely in original packaging
Ship using a trackable shipping method
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
